Indeed. Don't even get close to these situations.
I assume probably got caught cheating that resulted in a heated argument. What happened after that with the pushing is a big unknown.

Now the team has to do an investigation right? If there's something to this, the teams not gonna let him play. The NFL certainly won't let him play if there is anything to this accusation. Forget about the judicial system this week. It's all about the distraction for the players and the front office.

The NFL will not do anything at this point and cannot. This is left up to teams until the legal process plays out and that will be way down the road. The Niners are now put into a no-win position, but I think will most likely put in on the inactive list.

Wow. He is verifiably stupid

If they have a strong feeling he is innocent he may play.

If they are uncertain he will likely be inactive.
Why even put yourself In a bad situation to begin with?

I think that probably is the case as well. I am sure they will have a long sit down and there is a huge chance the DA tosses this and doesn't charge him. But you never know anymore as there is so much outside pressures on this issue.

I'll assume it was a very competitive game of Scrabble, and you know how that turns out.
Facts and timing seems suspect to me. That said, lets wait for the Trial if there even is one. Innocent until proven guilty.

Competitive Twister has been known to get people thrown off the mat.

You don't Cheat at Scrabble. Thats crossing the line.
Considering the timing, it could be a revenge tactic for a breakup or something. Some women lie about athletes raping or abusing them to get settlements or revenge by public shaming. Remember the Michael Crabtree incident around this time of the season?

Seems like a pretty weak case without another witness or bodily injury. Its a distraction either way, which is annoying.

I bet Lynch is so pissed.

Now even KS and Demeco have to plan around it.

I think it was a heated argument and he probably wasnt a gentlemen and she ended falling to the floor in some way and she called the cops. But its going to be he-said, she-said thing. I doubt she has any injuries so it shouldnt go any further

Could be once they both calm down you get the truth from both and find out nothing really happened. I guess that would be the best scenario.
