What do you mean no evidence? Evidence #1: An incident happened between her and Omenihu where she felt the need to call the police. Most people do not just call the police just because. Evidence #2: She stuck around and provided her statement to police. Evidence #3: Omenihu stuck around and provided his statement to police.

I've witnessed this scenario plenty of times, and Charles is at fault for not walking away (both people usually at fault). Things escalate, dude calls a girl an effing b***h she snaps and starts wailing on him, he pushes her to the ground and she turns to melted ice cream and starts crying.

Shhhh! You gonna offend the "believe all women" crowd. I mean, since women NEVER call the police and outright lie on men she HAS to be believed with no evidence, right?

Welcome to Trevor Bauer's world. He was never charged with a crime and the alleged victim sought and was denied a restraining order. Prosecutors said there was insufficient evidence to prove the woman's accusations beyond a reasonable doubt. This is all documented. Yet he has lost his career essentially. Due to optics or presumed not demonstrated beyond doubt, guilt.
