If the police can shoot unarmed citizens and get the benefit of the doubt despite their spotty records I can give a fully vetted highly responsible highly accomplished athlete the benefit of the doubt until the facts say otherwise. There is a good amount of vetting Omenihu went through but just now who is this lady we're al of a sudden supposed to be that we immediately move to discipline Omenihu without a judgement against him? I thought we've been taught to first father all the facts?

The reality is this league has a reputation yet you will find the vast majority of these men are hard working, goal oriented, conscientious and bright. Talent only gets you so far, in most cases. Guys like Money Manziel who are clowns do not last in this league, often times. The next guy trying to take his spot is more focused on the right things and beats him out eventually.

You don't go from zero to false accusations. Incidents like that always have a steady build up. So whether or not he hit her, he still remained in a toxic relationship and it HAS ABSOLUTELY hurt the team.
