Well he lives at Santana Row, the mini-Beverly Hills in San Jose. He just walks out his door and tons of babes looking for dudes with money at the high end stores, bars and restaurants. Cool place to live. Cool place to get in trouble as literally ten steps from your Loft is a drinking hole with babes a plenty.

Yeah. If you're an immature little boy who has no concept of the future. Grown ass men aren't getting into trouble with that crowd. Grown ass men are at home when the sun goes down.

Lol sure they are suuure they are

If they're not literally at home they're with their wives and children. Where do you think George Kittle went after his wife met him after the game? Bet money he either went home with her or went out with her.

I'm sorry you said grown ass men. As if all grown ass men are at home when the sun goes down.

You get the point. Grown ass men aren't being IRRESPONSIBLE. They aren't fraternizing with hoes.

Yeah I do agree. But I don't think a lot of pro athletes have that kinda maturity unfortunately. For every JJ Watt there's a thousand immature brats who have been spoiled since they showed promise in high school.

There's a saying a lot of NFL veterans say to rookies: nothing good happens after midnight.

Oh geez half my fun when their age occurred after midnight.

You weren't a million dollar plus investment though, I'm assuming.

Yeah

Wow. I wonder if it will be more of those "Jesus was a refugee" commercials.

If I were Kyle and John, I would make him inactive at minimum for the NFC Championship game pending him getting cleared of any wrong doing.

Nope. Frank Clark beat us in the Super Bowl last time just like he was beating his chicks prior to being drafted

I am tired of trying to be PC while other clubs have criminals on their rosters and winning chips all the same

Lynch played and won with Warren Sapp
Well that's what I would do if I were John and Kyle. Imo you need to set a precedent that your players are not above the law otherwise you start having a team like the Harbaugh/Baalke years where several players, key ones at that, are getting into legal trouble.
We can win without Omenihu while his legal process figures itself out. He's a good player but thankfully we got good depth on the d line.

I see nothing. Let him play. Good lord just get us one Super Bowl then we can be the respected team.

You can give him the benefit of the doubt about hitting a woman. But not about being with a trashy woman he had no business being with IF it turns out she falsely accused him. You don't go from zero to false accusations. Incidents like that always have a steady build up. So whether or not he hit her, he still remained in a toxic relationship and it HAS ABSOLUTELY hurt the team.

The team has a game to play. I agree about dealing with trashy people as a pro. However you hurt the team with a penalty or poor play or if you're unavailable and he need not be unavailable if there's no crime committed or good reason to believe there was one committed. A crime needs to be proven and if not then let him play and win like Warren Sapp did

Unfortunately that's not necessarily up to the coaches and/or GM.

The reality is this league has a reputation yet you will find the vast majority of these men are hard working, goal oriented, conscientious and bright. Talent only gets you so far, in most cases. Guys like Money Manziel who are clowns do not last in this league, often times. The next guy trying to take his spot is more focused on the right things and beats him out eventually.

A majority? Maybe I'm to cynical and I do understand Lynch and Kyle have made it a point since Reuben to only bring in upstanding players but in the league as a whole I don't think a majority are saying "sorry chaps I'd love to hit the pub but I gotta grind through more film tonight"

Like 95-98% Harbaugh explained it how to you get in the league. You gotta take a job away from someone else. The best and brightest, guys wired correct tend to get the jobs. You need work ethic, drive, team first mentality, etc. Guys who coast on talent alone that may carry you through HS and college, not pro football.

True. Look at how nutjobs like Antonio Brown work.

So the man is arrested simply on her word with no evidence?
What do you mean no evidence? Evidence #1: An incident happened between her and Omenihu where she felt the need to call the police. Most people do not just call the police just because. Evidence #2: She stuck around and provided her statement to police. Evidence #3: Omenihu stuck around and provided his statement to police.
Exactly, absolutely no evidence whatsoever. I rest my case!
Lol good thing you aren't Omenihu's lawyer because he'd be done if you are resting your case on that.

Good thing you aren't either, because the "evidence" you provided don't prove he did anything to her. She called the police and alleged that he pushed her down. The police found no visible evidence to support her claim, and I'm told she denied medical attention. So, he was arrested solely on her word alone. Now, are you're claiming that her allegation alone suffices as evidence?

There is still clear and obvious—nay, nigh UNDENIABLE— evidence (assuming they're actually together) that he's clearly in a toxic, dysfunctional relationship. That he's in a little boy relationship instead of a grown ass man relationship. Sick of little boys sneaking their way onto this team.

This was not the time for this s**t. Dude is dead to me.

I don't disagree with any of that. He has to know the stakes. And in this day and age being in a toxic, immature relationship is very costly for men. Just allegations alone are ruining careers, and it appears that his career could be the next to tragic story of waisted opportunity. So if you have something going as he does there's just no excuse to be in a toxic relationship.
I'm starting to feel like the distraction will be felt 95% within the fanbase and media and any impact on the team (aside from x's and o's if he's shutdown) will be minimal.

And all the opportunities he got. Reuben Foster was signed. Aldon Smith signed. Deshaun Watson signed one of the biggest contracts ever and it was guaranteed. Lol while people who work hard like Tim Tebow playing minor league baseball.
Innocent or guilty, the guy is an idiot for even being in this situation.

He will end up playing, I'm sure, but may be distracted.

I don't think it's a serious distraction. The bigger issue is that he is a key rotational piece for the D line and if he doesn't play it will be a somewhat important loss that we will have to overcome.

All that being said, I think he will play since the girl declined getting any medical attention and there's nothing but he said/she said to go off of now.

Oh so Goodell metes out punishment right prior to the NFCCG based on an allegation in an instance like this?

They really trashed Ray McDonald and cost him a ton of money and all the while he had the sextape that exonerated him after all was said and done with his name wrongfully in lights
What in the f**k? If true. Come on man. No place for it. If not. Come on man, you gotta think about who you associate with.

I agree. Either dude is clueless or an absolute idiot. There's NO way I'd do something foolish to a woman not would I deal with a women so full of herself to put me in headlights for anything not egregious or dangerous in nature

I have a wife that values herself and me way too much as I value her to put at risk anything we have or share together by doing foolish things

We don't need idiots on the team

That said this is game week and we need to be ALL about a win this Sunday so all hands on deck!
I believe in controlling what I can control. I'm playing all players available that can be of use better than the next man up

Now if I know he's dirty he's cut today but if it's in doubt or up for grabs like Ray Mac was then he's playing this week so I can put my best players up just as PHI will
