That being said, I don't think there's clearly much more to the story other than he said/she said. This leads me to believe he will play.

Since San Jose issued an emergency protective order, that means she should go no where near his place right? Lynch can do his interview and just give him an ultimatum "no contact with her period".
Then let the legal process continue and decide after.
Imagine if the DL wasn't deep AF

Hhmmm...makes you think. Wasn't the city of SC and Yorks feuding?

PD probably has a memo that any incident involving sF players results in arrest.

You think a Seahawks player gets arrested for similar incident in their city? Lynch and several other players have been "investigated" for DV, DUI, etc and never results in arrest or missing games.

California has pretty strict laws on DV.

I believe police must arrest regardless.

I could be wrong - will wait for a lawyer/LEO to chime in.

I'm a LEO:

I havent looked at any of the allegations but will say this; DV in California is a double edged sword...and we can thank our own OJ Simpson for how its treated. If any allegation is made it is a mandatory arrest. The days of a couple had a squabble over something and the dude goes and "walks it off" are gone.

Cops get called to an athletes home over a DV situation and the female says anything to the point she was touched, no matter how little, and even in situations of mutual combat the guy is going down, especially a guy his size. Ray Rice like stated is the extreme where anyone with a conscience would say throw away the key... most are involving jealousy from social media or something in his phone and she lost it and probably did something to start the whole event but he goes down because he's bigger and stronger and she makes a statement that alleges he put his hands on her...regardless of how it was instigated or her involvement in the situation hes getting booked.

Like I said I haven't looked at the allegations but based on how this usually goes in regards to a misdemeanor offense... its anger and jealousy and the dude takes the fall.

EDIT: I should add... everyone wanted cops to wear body cams and anything recorded is public record...hence the reason once the statements made its memorialized and its a done deal.

really appreciate you weighing in on this.

thank you.

Its already a PR issue my friend. that ship has sailed.

Lol I remember we had a member here doing those weird projections about Harbaugh and the team.

Right now it's a small story leading up to the game. If it turns out that he did something serious to her and they knowingly played him, it becomes a much bigger issue. Sounds like there's much to the story though and as long as he is contrite with the team they will give him the benefit and let him play.
Having no witness and no sign of injury makes this a non story.

For sure! I cant imagine being a young player and having to worry about situations just like this.... its like needing a 50 shades contract lol

That really meant nothing in the grand scheme of things. Harbaugh failing trying to go to Crabtree multiple times in the waning seconds did.

of course harbaugh was bad, especially not letting ck run it at the end, but culliver played his most horrible game

and, ironically, all the ravens in that squad were real a*****es, not like this idiot who just didnt think and say stupid s**t one week before the match

I mean, ray lewis killed a man, and ray rice knocked out his wife, but hey, culliver was stupid enough to say stupid things before the super bowl, so most casual fans were rooting for them instead of us, and he was nowhere to be found with boldin, smith, the te and jones catching everything thrown their way

We lost that game when on the 7 yard line and first down we didn't use Frank Gore one time. A 2 yard run followed by three fades to Crabtree. Fades take touch and timing we had Kaepernick. Any other offensive staff gives Gore the ball he was averaging almost 6 yards per carry in the game. Harbaugh is a life long choker trying to prove he was right with his QB choice.
Please, women lie all the time.

play him. To bench him for the NFCCG is flat out wrong.
