Things aren't he same since then. Ray Rice. All that crap. On and on. The league is a lot more concerned with being super PC now. I don't know what the CBA permits with respect to the commissioner's exempt list. I'm pretty sure Goodell has the power to keep him from playing by putting him on that list.

What do you mean no evidence? Evidence #1: An incident happened between her and Omenihu where she felt the need to call the police. Most people do not just call the police just because. Evidence #2: She stuck around and provided her statement to police. Evidence #3: Omenihu stuck around and provided his statement to police.

The police found no visible evidence to support her claim, and I'm told she denied medical attention. So, he was arrested solely on her word alone. Now, are you're claiming that her allegation alone suffices as evidence?

There is still clear and obvious—nay, nigh UNDENIABLE— evidence (assuming they're actually together) that he's clearly in a toxic, dysfunctional relationship. That he's in a little boy relationship instead of a grown ass man relationship. Sick of little boys sneaking their way onto this team.

Unfortunately, he likely will be benched (hope not though). They are gonna cover themselves. We live in a "believe all women" culture where companies all over the nation are shamed into a when-in-doubt-terminate/suspend policy based solely on an allegation. Hence men get arrested without real evidence. And when the man is ultimately cleared or the allegations are proven to be untrue nothing is done to restore the man's status. He's just SOL, and certainly nothing will ever happen to the woman who falsely accused.

But, this is a terrible risk you take for being a professional athlete who chooses to be in a toxic relationship. Once you reach certain levels of success you have to distance yourself from toxic people, even if it's your family. I have achieved a certain level of success and I had to do that to even family members. These professional athletes have to understand that the rachet girlfriends they had growing up and in college can't be taken with you when you get drafted, even if you have kids by them. Get a lawyer, pay child support, get a visitation order, and move on. But by no means do you bring that mess with you in your success. They're distractions, and leeches who will try to ruin you in one fit of an emotional tirade. See below:

If there had been any video of OmeniWHO hurting the woman making the allegations, even the simple act of grabbing her arm, I think the uproar would have started already. But there is no video. There are no visible injuries. There is just a distraught lady who claims her arm is hurt because OmeniWHO grabbed it. At this point it becomes a he said/she said type of case. No uproar, YET.

If it happens again, OmeniWHO is gone. His NFL career is over. The 49ers won't touch him. No other team in the league will touch him. This, unfortunately, presents him with a tough set of circumstances. Should the two "kiss and make up," there's a chance this could happen again. The smartest move OmeniWHO could make is to move out, get as far away from this girl as he can, and move on with his life. This sounds like a simple solution. Unfortunately, affairs of the heart rarely are.

I love OmeniWHO. I love his name. I love what he brings to the 49ers. But, in all honesty, this man is a fringe player. He is very good. But he can also be replaced. The 49ers built a scary defensive line by focusing on players with key skills. OmeniWHO checked all those boxes. So did/does Ebukam. So did/does Drake. They are not star caliber players like Nick Bosa. Nick cannot be easily replaced. OmeniWHO can be replaced.

He does, but that's not happening this week, and the only way he doesn't play is if the team decides that. Especially with as little evidence as there appears to be here, he should 100% play Sunday. Now if more comes out after this game and we are fortunate enough to play in the SB, it's possible we could see him out of that game being 2 weeks away and nobody wanting that to be any distraction during media week.

'Tis why people need to be careful who they associate with in this day and age.

It's terrible when the instance is legitimately real, but also bad when it's false and reputations are ruined or livelihoods negatively affected.
