Yeah, unless there is something other than an angry girlfriend's complaint there is zero reason to sit him. Hopefully he's good and angry about this and will take it out on a bunch of fat guys in green.

He's a free agent after this season anyway. No lose situation playing him this week without knowing anything.

Has he had any other issues like this in his past, or is this the first one?

If this does turn out to be nothing, he needs to keep everything super clean from now on, because the target has been set on his back. If something else pops up, then he may not get the benefit of doubt.

It doesn't necessarily mean he did nothing wrong but apparently Shanalynch believes this is a nothingburger. The way they're handling it is consistent with how they've always dealt with OTF incidents. Every situation is individually unique.

I don't think they'd want him out there were injuries reported by the police. It is clear he had no intent on hurting this girl with no injuries reported

Essentially the details aren't horrible so this will just go away.

I do hope you are right. And if this is true then Charles Omenihu has dodged a major bullet, and he needs to get rid of that women forthwith. Get as far away from that woman ASAP, while you can. So far as I know, he hasn't got the benefit of the doubt. No evidence, no witnesses, no sign of any injury at all. This isn't the benefit of the doubt. Right now it looks to me like there is no case to answer.

I've said all along that there needs to be significant findings for dude not to play especially in light of Lynch having played and won with Warren Sapp. If we knew dude abused a female then sit his butt down but with what little is known this far he should play because we lost a Super Bowl to KC who had Frank Clark starting that day

Why does NFL network and other media keep saying he was charged with misdemeanor DV, etc.? No charges were filed, I'm not trying to downplay anything but these assclowns are so irresponsible with their reporting.
