Solid buy low pick up for a rotational piece. I would expect Armstead to kick inside a little more now with Kinlaw out.

This. No downside to this move honestly. I don't think anyone is claiming he'll be a world beater but he's a decent young player with upside. He's a better player than LJ Collier who Seattle used a 2nd rounder on.
This is a GREAT trade for the 49ers. Omenihu is a very underrated player. https://t.co/SikGUJ3lIe

Acquiring him doesn't prohibit them from making other moves as well.
Thank you! Solid player who's still young with versatility. His dirt cheap and under contract thru 2022.

Someone go on the Texans' forums and see what the fans think about this guy leaving. That tells a whole lot.

That Kollman guy is a Texans fan so he knows their personnel. He's a good content creator.

It's frustrating too see the Rams trade for Von miller, whilst we trade for depth.
But what did the Rams do to put themselves in position to be in "win all" mode?
We're in year 6 still saying, "We don't want to mortgage our future. We want to do it right." LOL

Seems like they don't care much since he wasn't getting playing time. Also they're in full on rebuild mode.

They got a real quarterback.

Traded for one. That's correct.

I like this move. Arden Key is awful; Samson Ebukam is not a pass rusher. 49ers needed more help, and Omenihu can play outside and inside. I remember him being very good against the run in college as well.

How much longer will some Niner fans talk about D. Buckner? Until the end of the month? The season? End of next year? Five years from now?
Gets old...time to move on.
