Kevin Colbert of the Steelers, and it isn't really close. 15 years without a losing season. They spend a lot of money on the QB, however, their excellent drafting and FA signings keep them competitive. Two Super Bowls under Colbert. The Fitzpatrick deal has paid dividends as well. The man knows football from top to bottom.

yeah he's top 3 for sure. Same with Green Bay.

lol what?

GB....not even close. They have maybe 5-6 good players and lucked out bc Rodgers lasted way too long at 26

Lynch seems to be pretty bad so far with drafting and trading. I mean what we gave up to get a unproven QB is beeeeyoond me! I get that we needed a better option at QB but holy crap we are in a giant hole for 2 years

I would rather have given up those picks for Stafford. Not only is he a massive improvement on Jimmy, but he would've provided the veteran leadership we desperately need rn. Oh but you know what? Shanahan would've found a way to f*** that up too. Smh…

They have had one season of a losing record in 10 years. End of discussion.

Cause of the guy the current GM has made want out of GB cause he drafted a back up QB and a back up RB. Among other dumb decisions FFS

So true H.
"End of discussion" that's not a good GM. Wow the ignorance of some people. Again, they LUCKED out when Rodgers, a top 3 pick fell to 26 and is the ONLY reason they haven't had a losing record in 10 years.

GB does not have a good GM. End of discussion

Ted Thompson was the GM from 2005-2017. He admitted he was surprised and grateful that Rodgers dropped to them.

Thompson was widely recognized as one of the best in the league during those years. The current GM has a way to go before he is in the discussion.

Actually, before the season started, Sporting News had Lynch at #5. That ranking has certainly dropped as the season has unfolded.

Lynch is now 10-15 imo
Baltimore's ability to draft and develop is pretty nutty. They drafted Zadarius Smith and Matt Judon on day 3. Day 3 Pro Bowlers/2nd-team All-Pro(Zadarius) pass rushers.

It's a shame they allowed/had to let them walk in FA.

Ozzie Newsome for the Ravens is excellent. I don't know if he's the best, but I usually love their drafts and personnel decisions.

Ozzie was great. I think he retired in 2017 though

The master for NOT overpaying mediocre talent and banking on compensatory draft picks.

Browns and Titans come to mind

Browns have changed GM's 3 times in the past 6-7 years.

Oh that must mean their roster isn't loaded.

that means they don't have the best GM in football lol. It's common sense.

Browns don't count since part of their current roster was from Scott McCloughan consultation.
