Has to be one of the most clueless owners in the NFL if he is sticking with Baalke. Trent must have this brilliant PowerPoint presentation on how to build a team.

Reading the fury of Jaguars fans on their forums. Their all ticked about how long their coaching search is playing out all because the owner doesn't want to fire Baalke. They all want Baalke gone. I think Leftwich is a solid option. If I'm the owner I'm doing what I can to salvage this and make it happen.

Baalke might have learned on how to draft players. But who would want to work under a GM who already won a power struggle against a good HC - only to see the team to plummet to rock bottom, with the picks of the aforementioned GM.

Say what you want about Speilman but the man has had some solid drafts. Letting us drop 30 million on Jet was hilarious too.

WTF, they hired Doug Pederson, did I read that right? They chose him & keep Baalke over Byron Leftwhich? I'm a fan of AEW, love Tony Khan, but Shad has to be a moron for keeping Baalke, he can't draft worth s**t, look at the 2012 class, all bad picks, I know people hard on Lynch's misses, but man, Baalke, he drafted AJ Jenkins in the 1st, LaMichael James in the 2nd, Tank Carradine in the 2nd, Joshua Garnett in the 1st(trade up, gave up a lot), gave up a lot to pick Colin Kaepernick in the 2nd, Vance McDonald in the 2nd, Corey Lemonier in the 3rd, Marcus Lattimore in the 4th(never played a down for us), drafted Brandon Thomas & Marcus Martin in the 3rd, Eli Harold in the 3rd, DeAndre Smelter in the 4th over Stefon Diggs, who went in the 5th, Will Redmond & Rashard Robinson in the 3rd, and on top of that, he never spent in FA, he even said he had the go to spend, but chose not to, I mean our biggest FA signings were the likes of Zane Beadles, Torrey Smith(I liked him though, but gave a lot of money), Darnell Dockett(who never played a down, but kept his GTD money), just WOW, I mean WOW, stupid.
