Complete 2015/2016 flashbacks. Of course that team has leaks. Its how he operates. Urban is in over his head. If they move on from him it will be interesting if it completely stunts Trevor's growth or not.

Marvin Jones went through endless b******t in Detroit and didn't have issues like this so if he's telling Meyer off then you know things have to absolutely horrid in that locker room.

I remember the leaks occurring more when Harbs was HC.

How much longer will these two last? If I was the owner I would dump Baalke first and get his replacement to immediately start searching for a replacement for Urban. The Jags were bad enough without a toxic culture.

Meh, firing Baalke now will result in even more swirl for Urban's status on the team. Have to imagine Kahn's got some lawyers working on options to get out of the contract due to misconduct. They probably want to find their way out or settlement, and don't want to tip their hand.

My guess is Urban and Kahn announce a mutual departing, Baalke gets a meeting to discuss his team vision, and then gets booted for a new GM-HC combo.

Sounds very reminiscent of Harbaugh's last year with us when story after story kept being leaked, history repeating itself.
