I've been a huge fan of his since he was a Hurricane. I've followed him in his coaching Career as well.

imo he got Cam Newton to perform at his peak level. He followed Sean McDermott to Buffalo and has done great work with Josh Allen.

Dunno what his future holds (OC? HC?) but if I had to guess I think he seems like the type who will do well remaining in a Qb coach/OC role.

Was a Fresno St fan and applied to FSU. They didn't want him
