I really don't get these roughing calls. Don't the refs realize how bad they make themselves look?

They don't care and this is what the "league" wants. I can't believe owners agree to these terrible rules however.

There were half a dozen hits in our Rams game that would have 100% been called if we were playing the Seahawks and hitting Wilson.
There's plenty of QBs who get the darling treatment.

It's just sad the difference in treatment a guy like Brady/Rodgers/Mahomes gets vs any other QB.
It's simply not fair.
Goes from a 3rd and 10 to a 1st down to that leads to a TD.
