That's terrible, Deebo. Because of this terrible event experienced by your family member then that automatically means that all people accused of such heinous actions are guilty?

I don't know whether Big Ben actually did whatever he was accused of (I hope not) but I know he is a jerk-off for putting himself in positions to be accused of such heinous actions.

While rape is clearly wrong, and rapists are scum who should be punished, the world and the truth are not always black or white, there is grey in there.

Some accusers are liars, to what degree or what percentage of these people are lying, I do not know, but it is safe to say that 100% of accusers are not truthful and equally safe to say that 100% of accusers are not liars either. The truth is somewhere in between.

First case, a friend of the "victim" received communication from the victim that she had consensual sex with Ben and she was bragging about it. Her friend delivered a sworn statement defending Roethlisberger to this effect. Second case, DA says he cannot prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and declined bringing charges.

I can accuse anyone of anything. I can even accuse you Deebo. My accusations are in no way a reflection of any guilt on your part until this is adjudicated in a court of law. That's how this works.

He is not a "jerkoff" for putting himself in situations to be accused. I could accuse you right now Yavin of anything. This does not make you a jerk off. It's kinda like the Schrodinger cat. He is either guilty or not guilty. Simple being accused doesn't make you kinda guilty. Until he is demonstrated in a court of law as guilty and the verdict is sensible I will presume he is innocent.

I'm going to miss Roethlisberger. The Steelers won't be the same without him.

Me too to me he embodied the style of the club. He could have been a QB in any era of football. In the old days holding receivers was legal they would grab receivers up and down the field and as QB you needed to stand tall in the pocket hang in there maybe stiff arm a pass rusher and get the ball out Big Ben would have thrived in that old school environment. Can't say the same about some other great QBs today.

Hmm I don't rape women either and quite the opposite have an unhealthy tendency to treat women too well (my mom wasn't treated the best by her dad or my dad so she went a bit overboard when raising me). I have also been crazy drunk in my 48 years and never once contemplated assaulting a woman much less raping one. Despite that I have been accused of rape that involved police. I know, crazy right?

I aint gonna lie. It was painful to see him play in the last couple of years. He retired way too late.

I'm not saying dude did anything wrong, but just giving the appearance of having done anything wrong is a bad look. As such, yes, Ben is a jerk-off. As much of a jerk-off as Watson. You should google Brian Banks. He's not a jerk off in my opinion despite obviously putting himself in a position to be accused. Men are allowed to have consensual relations. That does not make anyone a jerk off. If there is a dispute as to what was consensual and what wasn't we have courts to adjudicate these matters. Public opinion oh did you hear what so and so did is akin to gossipy hens and I don't partake in trashing potentially innocent people for my own amusement / entertainment.
