Explain how Eric Bieniemy doesn't have a job yet. You can say he isn't interviewing well but Adam Gase who showed he was a terrible coach gets another job. Like I said earlier the optics are really bad. Your workforce looks one way and your management looks another.

Andy Reid is the play caller.

Even if this is true Guys like Mike Holmgren and Gary Kubiak worked for guys who had their hands all over the Offense and had hall of fame QB's and got jobs. The same could be said for every one of Bellichecks DC's. I can't think of other guys right now but the NFL is littered with them.
I have a good friend who played NFL and knows a current coach (played college ball together )on Dolphins . That coach said it was the worst year of football of his life and Flores was a piece of s**t to everyone (staff and management ) .

Shanahan's guys don't call plays either.

Anecdotal evidence is irrelevant to anything and everything. EDIT — especially third hand anecdotal evidence.

I don't find it hard to believe considering how many people have had similar experiences with other Patriots assistants turned head coaches. They come in with a lot of hype and wind up pissing off pretty much everyone in the building. Eric Mangini, Bill O'Brien, Matt Patricia, and Joe Judge all had the same issues. Even Gym Shorts was a known dick and really he spent more time with Jeff Fisher than he did with Belichick.

I still think that if even half of what Flores is alleging against Ross is true then he was far from being the problem in that organization.

Look through the thread , I am pro Flores based on what he did with Miami . But the firing sounds like a Harbaugh situation except his own staff didn't care for him (unlike Harbaugh)
I don't see how Flores DOESN'T win this case.

Even if that's accurate, the same has been said about every Belicheck disciple. They come from a place of ultimate accountability and the owners want to replicate that, they then try and get chewed out because they haven't got Bill's resume to fall back on.

I don't think that has bearing here

I'm only referring to the firing . Not the case
Im pissed that Latino's are so underrepresented in the NFL's coaching ranks. PISSED! Considering how many of us there are in the US I demand equal representation in the player and coaching ranks.

15 black coaches hired out of the last 159 opportunities. And not one of them were rehired Art Shell and Herm edwards are the only black head coaches to ever get rehired as a HC in NFL history. I didn't know it was that bad
I think the point is being missed here by many, it's not about whether Flores should have been hired or fired.

It's about if Flores was white would the same thing have happened?

It's hard to quantify but you look around the landscape a strong case can be made that it wouldn't.

It then goes further, and many names have been brought up, and there are more, Jim Caldwell, Leslie Frazier, Vance Joseph, Kris Richard.

Imagine their careers as they are Vs equivalent white coaches.

That's the issue. That's why there's a lawsuit.

I don't think Vance Joseph deserves another job. But Anthony Lynn not getting another job is a f**king embarrassment
