9/12 jurors have to vote to indict in Texas. Standards of proof are much more stringent for criminal trials.

I tend to believe dozens of women over one famous and wealthy athlete. We aren't strangers to seeing 1-2 accusers going after someone famous, to have this many feels almost unprecedented in sports.

The vast majority of sexual assaults are unreported, even less result in arrests, less in convictions and then even less in incarcerations. It's a sad fact. If a rape occurs and is never reported or if someone gets off due to a lack of evidence, are they still not a rapist?

I don't believe that dozens of women, many of whom have detailed accounts and some pretty damning texts would open themselves up for what a trial would entail, just for a few dollars. I don't think people realize what a trial like this entails for the accusers, not just the accused.

That doesn't mean that Watson Is guilty. Truth Is, none of us know If he's Innocent or not, but we can't assume someone Is guilty just because they are an athlete/celebrity. That would be Ignorance.
