Patriots released DT Mike Purcell.

The Pats added Purcell as a depth option at the start of camp. They are now getting ahead of the cutdown deadline, starting with Purcell's release. The veteran defensive lineman appeared in 16 games for the Broncos last year. He logged three pass breakups, five QB hits, and one TFL. Purcell should be able to land on another team after rosters are settled.

LOL at Eagles content creators making such a big deal about Jahan Dotson. I heard reports saying this makes the Eagles offense unstoppable, It puts them over the top, He would be a #1 WR on alot of teams etc etc. They act like he is Tyreek Hill or something. It's telling the Commanders had no problem handing him to a division rival and only pretty much getting a 3rd and two 7's, and having to give away a 5th. It says two things. 1. The Commanders don't think he is any good.and 2. Every other team around the league doesn't think he is any good if they aren't even willing to match that offer.

I wouldn't trade Jennings for Dotson straight up.
