Fitting for me and my fantasy team as Garret Wilson was supposed to be my MNF closer. I lose my matchup by .08 pts. He didn't score a single point I believe for the last 1.5 quarters and I saw he dropped a makeable td catch in the endzone after getting crunched. Thank goodness he didn't leave the game due to injury at that point but he didn't do jack after.
Very happy the Niners don't have this guy as their owner. The Jets will continue to be the Jets.

Glad York instead lets his football guys make the football decisions that are best for the team towards winning.

Has a 2-4 team ever been a buyer on a big name free agent? Jets gonna jet.

who's a free agent?

trades happen almost every year. there's plenty of time left in the season for that team to right the ship. as a Niner fan you should know this intimately. the Jets are only 2.5 out.

Great pickup for them. I'm surprised the Chiefs didn't trade for Cooper. I kind of wonder if teams are trying to avoid trading good players to KC without asking for more from them than other teams. Kind of what happened to the Yankees for years. Other owners get tired of the same team playing for championships all the time. They will not help without robbing them of more than value or just avoid the trade all together.

The Chiefs aren't getting back to a Super Bowl without a legit WR, if not 2. The refs can't help them if the opposing team has too much firepower for KC to keep up.

As for as the NFC goes, the Lions should do whatever it takes to get a great pass rusher or two really good ones. They are still young enough to where losing their draft picks this season will not set them back. Their time to get to the SB is right now. To many young and hungry teams emerging from the NFC to where the top teams need to go all out. Dallas is done and the 49ers might be on their last ride.

They should have traded for a QB. Arod looks old and tired. He's no Tom Brady.
