The Cowboys would rather gamble on Gallup off an ACL @$10M+/yr than stick with Amari at his contract. They are great at acquiring talent, but can't work their cap for d**k. They already had to restructure Dak for cap relief less than a year after signing him to that deal.

Now that Rodgers trapped himself in GB to finish out his career, would be funny to watch him squirm as his supporting cast gets worse and worse as time goes on. 50 mil a year is a big chunk of their salary cap, and I suspect the team will struggle mightily to find him a good enough cast to win it all…

Last I heard, Rodgers has not actually signed that contract. Would be quite a debacle if he backs out and they can't figure out a deal with Adams.

Aaron doesn't care about Adams.. or he wouldn't ask for more money when they were over the cap. making it harder for the Pack to sign other players

Yeah they showed you how they are cutting Zadarius. Going the 98 49ers route. When cap problems hit say bye to the defense and just hope to outscore everyone.

I dont think they were ever a serious consideration. That beat down O-line needs a mobile QB

So the Steelers aren't trying to compete for anything in 2022 other than a good draft slot for 2023.
