Wouldn't we be able to re-sign them both? Restructuring contracts, get rid off JG, that should help.

But for now let's assume Kyle knew what he was doing until proven otherwise in a couple of years. Not going to compare him to Watson but I think stud factor is coming within a year or so of play time.

Watson is a heck of a QB but it's a hard pass on him for me, especially with regards to the Niners situation. He clearly has some character concerns and I don't want to go down the Rueben Foster road again, especially at the most critical position in football, QB. Lance has everything you can ask for in a QB, he just needs to play. He also has a great contract that benefits the rest of the team tremendously. I look forward to watching him develop even if it were to cost us a trip to the playoffs next year, which I don't think it will.
