Yeah he got on the phone with Russell Gage. Gage for a lil bit thought he was being punked. TB12 just calls him up out of the blue and says we are building something special in Tampa and I want you to be a part of it. They had no real prior communication. This is what TB12 does and a big reason why he wins. Imagine he just bailed on Gage after he signed the deal with Tampa lol.

Not sure anymore but really could be anyone. Drew knows other agents, talks to every GM and then some, thus some players could be in the process of being shopped that we haven't heard about.
