I just remember our great HOF guard, Daniel Brunskill kicking Donald's arse and taking his lunch money

LT then Reggie White are the two best I've watched.
I never saw Butkus, Deacon Jones, or Bob Lily play other than highlights; which were very impressive. Jones talking about his head slap technique is hilarious.

I'm not surprised he was mostly muscle weight.

I have trouble accepting that he was even the best defensive player for the franchise. I am of the opinion that Deacon was better, and Olsen possibly. Not that he hasn't been a stud, just recency bias or ignorance of seeing Jones dominate a game. Go youtube some rams fearsome foursome highlights, it's pretty impressive. Deacon averaged over 20 sacks a season from 64-68. He was clearly better than Donald, in my opinion.

Na, he has a case. We're probably his weakness cause he had maybe 2 or 2 standout games against us, but he was so damn dominant. He's top 5 for sure imo.
