You ain't getting paid if when the payors get to looking around they can't see why you're getting paid. If you want to be retained on a coaching staff you better be able to demonstrate how you're adding value. Coach WRs up but also ask for more tasks and learn and contribute as much as you can I order to be retained and or promoted
