He'll probably get called back up to the active roster to replace Mitchell.

Another failed Day 2 RB pick. Maybe the Eagles can get more out of him than they got of Trey Sermon.

The Eagles.
They're a football team from Philadelphia. They actually did pretty well a year or two ago, before needing to rebuild with our castoffs.

Congrats! All their other running backs are free agents, except Gainwell.
I like what I saw from him.... but Kyle repeatedly told Ty-Price to trim them sideburns! And Ty-Price never understood.

It seems like TDP and Gray was drafted for Kyle's Trey package.

They can only scout day 3 RBs apparently. Don't know how to not waste high draft picks at RB countless times now. Yikes

I think they want someone to get tough yards, but they have overdrafted in both cases. Not just based who we pick but also how the league values the position. Ironically they have that person but hardly use him (Mason).
With better run blocking, a 3rd and 5 or less could become automatic (running on 3rd with the intent of doing so on 4th as well) with Jordan Mason.

Considering the lack of picks, Sermon fiasco, and the state of the roster, this pick was just bonkers from the start
