Why now? You need a 90 man roster and on the off chance he shows something, you either keep him or trade him.

Maybe it's just the system he was in, but it was hard to find all the specific qualities I want to see in a good receiver.

Great speed, terrible blocking, hands seem OK, but looked to me like he rounded his routes a lot.

Again, limited footage looked at, but didn't get a great first impression. Reserving final judgement till I see him actually play NFL snaps because you just never know sometimes until they're here.
