Best QB to never win a Super Bowl

Dan Marino IMO. He was incredible. Just never had a defense to back him up. He gets unfairly blamed. Those teams were all offense. But their offense was awesome.

He never had a run game either because he forced a run-pass imbalance.

I wish. He'll go back to 94! That team was special!
Colin Kaepernick
They are a tier below the top choices here, but a shout out to Ken Anderson and Dan Fouts, who had incredible seasons in the late 70s/early 80s.

Otto Graham (because the Super Bowl was before his time I believe.)

The man won 3 NFL championships and all 4 AAFC championships. He reached the pinnacle in his era. Really doesn't qualify, IMO.

my permanant memory of Dan Fouts is him leaving on the back of the cart, with a thousand-yard stare and pupils the size of dinner plates. Good lord that guy got beat up.
I voted for Marino but you could make a good argument for Kelly. I don't say that because he was better but because he had 4 shots in consecutive years and couldn't win.

That is weird to think about. They were 4 wins away from being the greatest NFL team of all time.

The 49ers were one Roger Craig fumble from being the only 3Peat in SB history and the GOAT.

Don't remind me. I'm still triggered

I wonder how much that haunts Roger at night. Such a great player and he's known almost as much for that one fumble as he is for being the first player to have 1000 yards both rushing and receiving in one season.
