Not sure how he can make this current squad with how deep they are, but if anyone can tap into his potential it's KK.

Camp body. I'm guessing Kinlaw won't be full go the start of camp. Is Hurst healthy?

He better be.

He will probably be on a similar practice plan as Bosa last year he did not take part in camp just worked out with trainers. Bosa was at least two months ahead of when Kinlaw had surgery. Kinlaw is bigger and it will take him longer to be 💯. They will take there time with him acl is a 9 month to a year rehab. Physically I doubt he will be ready till about October.

Notice we rarely target UDFAs to play on the DL. Almost every acquisition had high round talent grade or has proven they can play at some level in the league. Koucerk's assistants are impressive. They keep an eye on the league more than any I've seen the 49ers have for any group in a long time.

This is a good post.

Check this..

Regarded as a five-star recruit by both Rivals.com and Scout.com, Nkemdiche was not only considered the No. 1 defensive line prospect of his class, but also the consensus No. 1 player overall.[11] He was only the fourth player since 2002 to be the consensus No. 1 prospect, along with Jadeveon Clowney, Vince Young, and Ernie Sims. Nkemdiche went wire-to-wire as the No. 1 overall player in the Rivals.com Top100, also the first since Clowney.

Nkemdiche has been a massive bust.

It's very unusual of Lynch to pick up players with poor work ethic like him. Hopefully KK can turn him into a Kerry Hyder / Arden Key type of player.

It shouldn't be too hard to elevate over Kevin Givens and/or Maurice Hurst.
Most likely a hurst replacement since hurst can't get on the field

Truth.

Have you seen how many games this guy has missed with injuries? Hurst averages 10.5 games a year and Nkemdiche 7.5

Givens who was undrafted has done way more than this guy easily.

Sad, huh? These guys are a dime a dozen now.

So dime a dozen OGs to block dime a dozen DTs. Sounds about right.

OL are rarely available. One is a massive oversaturated market. The other is the opposite of that.

Are you for real? There's no comparison. Teams have been drafting DL so much for so long the FA pool is ridiculous.

When Laken Tomlinson is the #1 FA that tells you how empty the OL market is and how teams have locked them up early.

Well, at least we didn't draft him. No damage done here as a look-over in FA. Had it been draft…way different deal.

Yah i"m for real. Are you? Go look at the over saturated G FA market right now. Filled with the likes of ex 1st founders and guys from your very own offseason bucket like Quinten Spain . Dime a dozen
and LT wasn't the #1 FA G
