Question 1: Incorrect. I don't want him "basically gone." I just don't see him getting much of a chance if Purdy wins a Super Bowl. I do understand that's a big IF, but it was part of my original thought or equation.

Question 2; What makes you think I want him "out of here so badly?" Did I say that? I did not. My feelings on Lance are neutral to be completely honest. But, I also do not see him getting much of a chance if Purdy takes the 49ers to and wins a Super Bowl trophy. I don't see Shanahan sitting Purdy down and going with Trey next season.

It was just a thought. But, again, I wasn't aware of the potential cap hit.

Didn't watch but it looks like Zach Wilson had another bad game. Imo I blame the Jets for how his career has went so far. When will these teams learn drafting and ruining a rookie QB in the first when your team is full of holes on the roster won't make everything better

Then again Trevor Lawrence looks like he's finally coming into his own after a rough rookie season 🤔

Even though I was a Zach Wilson fan coming outta the draft. I wouldn't make that trade, I'd rather try and recoup picks than trade for what Wilson is looking like a bust.
