Agreed. You don't pick up Kinlaw's 5th year option, he plays out next year and moves on and we have Derrick Brown to start next to AA for the forseeable future. I think we outta just develop late round picks at DT.

Hell no to McCaffery. Injury prone, signed through 2025 to a big money deal, plus a bunch of draft capital. We lose the trade as soon as we accept it. We'd be better off improving the oline if we want to improve the run game, plus it helps with pass pro.

He has a big dead cap, but I wonder if they would trade Austin Corbett.

Horn or Burns would be dope. Doubt they would trade them, or we have the capital to get them.

Carolina might not trade him with him being a young, talented part of their team but the guy I wish the Niners could get would be Derrick Brown. Pair him with AA in the middle and look out! Not sure this team can count on Kinlaw at this point w/ his knee issues...add Brown to this DL and it would be even more formidable both inside and out!
