I was so disappointed when the team traded up to select Trey, I'm not gonna lie. Given the current sitch, I'm still disappointed.

Same. It's not even because I don't think Trey is Talented. He is, but he is too damn raw for how super bowl ready we have been the past few years. All draft picks are an unknown but ultimately with our roster you don't want a guy who might take 3-4 years to reach true potential. At least we kept Jimmy G so the season wasn't wasted with the Trey injury.

Agreed. Had Fields sat in our bench behind Jimmy last year and started this year. That would have been exciting.

Trey has lots of question marks as a passer and Fields is by far the superior overall athlete and better runner. We could a had Fields and our two first rounders, perhaps?

I'm not totally sour on Trey. I just don't see him being better than Fields so it's hard to swallow the pick. I could be wrong though but it's gonna take a while to find out.

Yes we could have probably kept a lot of those picks. Landed Fields who is the superior athlete, more experienced and more ready. At least at this point more durable too.

Wtf, I just watched his highlights from the dolphins game and he did designed rollouts and ran between the tackles without getting hurt. f**k my life. I could have sworn that is what Shanahan wanted from Lance. Wtf I'm sick to my stomach that we made the wrong choice.

Yeah we did. Literally nothing I can think of that Lance does better than Fields.
