Dudes a weirdo
Glad I didn't draft that mofo this year. Last year he was helpful off waivers. Team sucks. He needs to be traded.

The more he talks, I see why he was never in the running. And even though Trey was the wrong pick, when you listen to him you can see why they fell in love with him. Easily my biggest whiff on a player because I would've taken Fields at 3. I didn't expect greatness in Chicago, but I didn't expect this either.

It's amazing with all these rules to favor offenses and there are teams and QBs that still can't move the ball and score.

It's funny how much he was ridiculed for just being another Kirk cousins but the other guys were gonna be transcending stars

I don't think so highly of Mac Jones, and don't regret Kyle drafting Lance whatsoever.

It just turns out that Purdy turned out to be the guy, but it would suck having McCorkle lead this franchise.

I think Lance could've developed into a decent QB over time and provided an x factor that would've won games over time.

I don't see Purdy in McCorkle...

Did this dude just have 99 yards passing? This can't even be real.

I would've taken fields too. It's hard to say how it would of turned out but I don't like his mindset. Doesn't seem to handle adversity great. I know the bears are a disaster but how he responds to it bleeds through the locker room, he's not a great example/leader from what I've seen. Ultra great mobile talent but needs a ton of work on his passing game and doesn't see the field very well.

i think we would of been screwed regardless of who we took, outside of Lawrence, which we couldn't take him. So it was just a bad draft to force a play for a QB. Of course that's in hindsight, it is what it is. We've got out of the situation and are in good shape

Mac, fields, or Lance would of ended poorly. Mac would of been horrible in the sense that he would play well enough to not bench him but not well enough to be sold on him. That's the worst kind of qb to have cause you're stuck in mediocrity.

Based on what? He had three preseasons here to show the coaching staff something, anything. If you used three first round picks on a guy that needs five to eight years to unlock his NFL potential, you goofed.

that was him going into 'eff it' mode

CHI needs him to sit down now on the bench, and probably an interim HC
