Lol
Fields sucks so much he's going to lose his job to an undrafted rookie QB from a Division II school
Can we trade for him and see if Kyle can save his career maybe.

Talk about a dumb trade

and that ship seemingly has sailed
I'll bump this thread. It died and I am interested/invested as a Buckeyes fan in Fields hopefully having success.

This isn't so much about him but for everyone who says "he sucks", it shows how bad of a situation he and that team is in. They should have beat Detroit and Fields played pretty well. Passing numbers weren't off the charts but he made some plays, didn't make bad mistakes, had 100 yards rushing, and they totally collapsed.

They literally had Sweat on the sidelines just because they have a set rotation. It could have been the worst defensive linemen were playing at the end of the game because that was the rotation.

Eberflus clearly has no business being a head coach anywhere and I'd imagine guys like Mahomes would look a lot worse there too. As a matter of fact, in as much, revisionist history aside, there were legitimate concerns about Mahomes the year he was drafted, had Patrick Mahomes been drafted the year Fields went to the Bears and had Eberflus and Getsy we would probably be calling him a first round bust as well.

This is just horrendously and laughably bad.

Man Fields is just terrible. I can't believe he's this bad.

Better than Purdy now. Should've drafted him

He's not.

And I'm not saying that just as an Ohio State fan. Heck, now we have Stroud who seems to have ended the "curse", hopefully at the NFL level.

And I know he had one or two bad fumbles last night.

But reading a tweet from a guy named Doug Clawson, the average length per attempt for Fields last night was 2.7 yards, almost half of his passes were at or behind the line of scrimmage, they threw 12 screen passes, etc.

That certainly, contrary to what some believe, isn't because Fields can't throw the football.

I'm fairly convinced this Bears coaching staff has literally no clue what they're doing either when it comes to the development of Justin Fields or just in general and would lose a Pop Warner game 40-0 unless they just had markedly better players than the other team.

Imagine fields running the read option with CMC and Deebo crossing he wouldn't even have to throw!

That's what's needed. Dude has a garbage arm.
