Well we know what the Bears are going to do. Since they traded their QB. They telegraphed their desire to pick a QB.
Before the trade there was debate about whether or not Fields stays there. Who they pick and so on. That's all I'm saying. It's obvious now. But it wasn't 1 week ago.

I don't think he is Mahomes at all. Overrated by a lot.

"He plays like Patrick Mahomes at the College level. The scrambling around, throwing on the run, throwing deep, finding the open man, creating off schedule. It's hard not to be impressed. He's not as big as Mahomes. 6'1" 215 vs 6'3" 230 (Mahomes). He looks like a good athlete but maybe not great. Some of the long seconds of scrambling around he does in College he won't have time for in the pros. So I'm not certain how it will translate. I don't think he will be as good as Mahomes. But there are some similarities there which are hard to miss."
" I hope he isnt drafted in our division"
Ok...some guy named San Diego 49er.

His ops to be a starter aren't over like they are for mac (outside of injury). Steelers are a top notch organization with an excellent coach. It's a great spot for him to just work on becoming a better qb. Learn from a vet. He will get a chance again.

Early on I did say that. After more of watching him and breaking down the film he's a fumble machine. Plays good off schedule. Not as great on schedule as claimed. Not Mahomes. Not even close.

You didnt like him because you thought USC had elite talent and blamed him for their 5 losses. Which is of course a joke given how pathetic their defense was. Oh, you also hated him for showing emotion after a loss. Go look at the Caleb Williams thread to refresh your memory.
Again, no one is saying he will be Mahomes. I do think virtually every GM in football would take him #1 though with the hope that he could be
