Two very good teams, good game. We had a good shot at winning with our D, if Purdy wasn't hurt. But if a bull frog had wings he could fly...

Eagles get screwed by the refs (and the League?) at the Super Bowl with the same BS they celebrated against us.

NFL looks bad because of their s**tty refs

Chiefs get discredited for a Super Bowl win because of a BS call...

So it's all a wash and next year is what really counts! Let's f**king go!

AS long as KC isn't in the SB.............unless we have Brady. Brady>Mahomes, we've already seen it.

Lol I like this take!
I turned it off so my kiddo could watch AFV, had to look up the penalty.

Man...I'll tell ya. That absolutely ruined a great game.

This brought back memories of all those bogus drive-extending and game-breaking automatic 1st down penalties called in the Seahawks favor during the Wilson era. (edit: and all the non-calls that whole entire year they were allowed to hold on D)

I'm a neutral fan in this game, I didn't even want to watch it. I was happy to turn it off, after AFV I'm going to play more video games.

Just saying it totally sucks things are like this.

one of the worst flags i've ever seen given the moment
They say a QB who loses his first superbowl never makes it back. Let's add Jalen "the michael jordan of football" Hurts.

"Stat: the last 16 QBs to lose in their Super Bowl debut have never even made it back to the Super Bowl. Garoppolo, Goff, Ryan, Cam, Kaepernick, Grossman, Hasselbeck, McNabb, Delhomme, Gannon, Collins, McNair, Chandler, Bledsoe (not as a starter, was the backup), O'Donnell, Humphries."

Yeah it's great to see them get what they deserve. Too bad we have to listen to how Mahomes is "the next greatest quarterback of all time" for the next year when that victory was 100% completely and totally bogus.

A multi-billion dollar league with amateur hour officiating.

The defender grabbed his jersey.

Deciding a SB on that, even the announcers said it shouldn't have been called. Unlike the tackling of Bosa, that's ok

Ummm.... the NFL rules guy said plain as day....that is defensive holding.

Yeah, it was a defensive hold, yes it should have been called and yes it was 100% legit...get over it.

Sure you'd be saying the same thing if it were called on SF in the same situation. not.
Best outcome. Chiefs get a with tainted SB. And Eagles get sour grapes.
now no football for like 7 months

Yeah there was way more egregious holding on the end zone fade pass, holy s**t 10 years later it still pisses me off

What's wrong with Mahomes? The guy is an incredible player - already an all time great.
Anyone have a live view of Philly right now

I hope someone asks Sirriani if he still thinks Hurts played like Michael Jordan…
