They only call the holding call when it's not the 49ers. I can still remember that bs no call against the Ravens, when they held Crabtree in the end zone.

This game straight up vindicated what the 49ers players were saying. The Eagles defense is good, but they have weaknesses.

Quick passes and motion plays can negate their pass rush, and Kansas City executed that to perfection, which is a major reason why they won the game.

Our game against them end the second Brock's elbow got shredded. Everything after that point was irreverent.

You can't execute quick passes and motion plays if your QB can't throw. All the Eagles had to do for the rest of the game was just play to stop the run (and yes, I'm aware Johnson was in the game pre-concussion, he just sucks so it's not like anything would have been different).

So McVay was a fav over the Bungles coach?

Prolly the guy's kind of a tool. Plus the Stafford story over ruled the rest.

Maybe if we tried more quick passes his elbow wouldn't have been shredded

The league has to sell it. Everyone can see tje play and the moment and draw their own conclusions. The ball wasn't catchable and the contact was incidental. Lousy fantasy football decision. I want real football
Well guys it's been fun but I'm going to get smote tomorrow… doing some work at a church and the priest is a big Eagles fan…

The play that Brock got hurt on, Aiyuk was open.

We've had success running that play in the past, this time, it didn't work.

Brock's injury was 100% a fluke. Reddick's arm hits him anywhere else or a split second sooner or later, it's not an injury.

That's something you can't control

TThe referee can reconsider the call. They could wave off the flag if they felt that it was not sufficient contact. Also the ball was way overthrown so there was no chance to catch it anyway. Completely pathetic the rest should never intrude on a game the way they did at that moment.

The position of the ball has no bearing on defensive holding (that's only relevant to pass interference), so that doesn't matter.

The fact of the matter is that the Eagles defender pulled on Juju's jersey, ticky-tacky as it may be, it's holding.

Should they have let it go, sure it's the Super Bowl, but according to the rule book, it's the correct call.

Preseason to SB,call what the rulebook says, not at certain times when you feel like it. Correct call.

The position of the ball doesn't matter on defensive holding, only on pass interference.

Grabbing a player's uniform and pulling it isn't incidental. Incidental is two players tripping over their feet while running down the field.

Yup. Make that call in game three of the season, not to become the focus of the SB. People aren't gonna be talking about Mahomes or Hurts, they'll be talking about the toolbag ref who tossed the flag. They already are,

There was redirection, though.

Watch, not the freeze-frame in the middle with the "hand on his back", but watch the very first second of this video. JJSS is coming out of his break, Bradberry got beat, and grabbed his jersey to slow him down. There is a very clear yank you can see in the video. It's not much, but it altered the route and Bradberry admitted that's exactly what he did.
