Maybe. IMO, he did just outplay Mahomes

LOL I dont know what game you just watched but Mahomes was virtually flawless while Hurts made a critical mistake that cost his team badly

Watch, not the freeze-frame in the middle with the "hand on his back", but watch the very first second of this video. JJSS is coming out of his break, Bradberry got beat, and grabbed his jersey to slow him down. There is a very clear yank you can see in the video. It's not much, but it altered the route and Bradberry admitted that's exactly what he did.

I linked the rule for defensive holding a few pages ago.

There's no mention of redirection in the rule, unlike offensive holding.

So it doesn't matter if the offensive player was redirected or not.

Here's the rule.

Did anyone else trip out when that damn commercial made it seem like someone sat on the remote?

I did.

Ah, we have the fall guy.....

SSeems pretty eager to take responsibility. I don't think I've ever seen a player on the losing side try to convince everryone that the other team really is better. Lol. Gets more Ridiculous by the minute.

Exactly, somebody was in his ear. I'm not admitting anything. lol.
It was not much of a holding call. The result is the same guys. The Chiefs were going to win anyway. The Eagles weren't going to drive the field with 1:00 left and no timeouts anyway. But they would have had a chance. The result is the same. But don't HAND it to them. 1 something minutes left in the Super Bowl that's a ticky tack call. Let them play. That was far from a blatant hold.

Show where the ball lands in the clip. Thanks for posting it so everyone can see how insignificant the play actually was

Usain Bolt doesn't get to that ball.

For the third time, since you're apparently not understanding what I'm saying

THE POSITION OF THE BALL HAS NO BEARING ON DEFENSIVE HOLDING!!!!

That only applies to pass interference.

I put it in all caps, so maybe you'll see it this time.

If you're going to b***h about the rules, at least understand them.
