I'll be honest, before today I was happy to have him back.
I wonder if Belichiek fancies working with Kyle? Learn his offense and take one of our Offensive staff as OC for his next stop?

He was a bad fit from the get go. I'm a Vic Fangio fan but I wouldn't hire him with this defense. This defense has been designed to be an attacking wide 9/ 4-3 hybrid. Wilks came in and installed a bend but don't break traditional 4-3.
There's been games where it's okay this might work and multiple others where it doesn't. I might give him another year but only because it'd give us a comp. Since we've forced him out the booth id imagine he'll go somewhere else

I saw Detroit WRs running open in the secondary still. 3 dropped passes including one in the end. Wilks should be gone next year but he won't be.
