Just the polar opposite of what they were in 2019. Difference is Mahomes can do enough if you give him an elite D.

HOF coach and DC also helps.

19 points allowed should be enough to win a game but the offense was awful in the Super Bowl......again.

KC's d only averages giving up 16 a game and they just held Blt to 10. Buffalo only got 24. This wasn't 2019 and facing a super offense, middle of the pack d. 19 is an acceptable performance it just can't be combined with handing them 7 like our special teams did. Ultimately it was a team loss were all 3 squads could of did more. Even our best player McCaffrey cost us.

Yup. Was much more of a team loss than the first time around where the D was hung out to dry by the O not being able.to execute against a mediocre opponent.

agreed, Kyle's horrible lack of offensive execution and half time adjustments killed us yet again...
Horrible hire from the start. Should have hired Fangio and changed the scheme which wouldn't have been as drastic as people think and we'd play nickle more than base. And base would just be adding another DT and removing 1 LB, basically a 5-2 front. I saw a content creator post an interview of Kyle stating he'd fire current staff and get Bill Bellicheat if he was available which makes me feel it is somewhat a foreshadow. Only other coach I want over Fangio is Bellicheat so I'm just anxiously waiting for the official announcement. Maybe I'm getting my hopes up but wouldn't mind Vrabel either bc his defense gives the Chiefs problems too.
? guess all of us that were happy he didn't come back, we should second guess ourselves a little bit…? dont think it would have been as vanilla as it is with sorensen…
Getting rid of Wilks was absolutely the right move. Should have happened id-season. The problem was the replacement plan.

Not in the least. Wilks wasn't a fit here and there are deeper issues as separate from his time here as DC. He did the best he could all things considered.

I get that it's a complex concept for some to grasp that multiple things can be true at once and more difficult to grasp that these truths are not always contradictory. Wilks wasn't a fit but he was far from the whole problem.
