Look at Warner here. Did he blow coverage and we expecting him to cover a WR 1 on 1 in this situation?

Just ridiculously bad.

The play was so bad all around. Even Huf is on the line but I have no idea what he's doing. He looks like he's supposed to blitz but ends spying Cousins?!?

I'm guessing he is responsible for the back, and comes when the back goes to pass pro the opposite edge

I thought that too but was wondering why would he take a few steps forward if he's covering someone in the backfield. Seems like even an instinctual player like Huf is playing tentative. Not a good look

I remember when I think the raiders did an all out blitz against the jets at the end of a game and lost. Who knew we have a bone head do the same thing.

the irony is mostly Wilks is prax bend don't break, picks that moment to go balls to the wall

we aren't replacing a top 3 DC in points
just need to execute better, we can get better at situational football also on the scheme

you see this phenomenon every year, last 2 Octobers, it was fire Kyle, after the slow starts
ppl also wanted McG cut all season, same McG who went on to be a top FA
it's about finding a scapegoat and piling on, the ppl have chosen Wilks, I think he's getting piled on more than deserved
plenty of blame to go around, offense, D and special teams

Anyone already on the staff that would fit the bill? Promoting from in house was working best because they were already familiar with the personnel. This hire was a mistake from the beginning, for the wrong reasons.
