I disagree. He is the best offensive mind in the nfc. Nothing more. He is not a leader of men. And he is certainly not a teacher. Stop comparing him to our other coaches. Just because ownership s**t the bed with bone headed choices does not make Kyle a god. He is no god. That designation is reserved for coaches that bring home SB hardware. It's not for coaches who bring home participation certificates. Win it all and I will eat my words. He is certainly a teacher. His assistants keep getting promotions because they have learn a lot from Kyle. And this is not about teaching his offensive scheme or draw plays, but more about how to become a leader and a coach overall. Saleh, McDaniel, Demaco, and a bunch of others all benefited from their time under Kyle.

Great breakdown. Not a leader of men, but keeping keep coming here and flourishing. This isn't work arguing. The league has told us what they think of Shanahan. We we went from being a laughing stock to a team that franchise keep wanting to pluck front office guys, coaches, and FAs.

Oh stop being bitter about Trey Lance which I know this is all stemming from. But it took Andy Reid 20 seasons before he won his first Super Bowl, took him 6 seasons to get to a Super Bowl, it took Shanahan half that with a fully rebuilt roster. And to say Shanahan is not a leader amongst men, when the first step to being a head coach is to lead and to get the players to buy into who you are.

And to add to that it took Bill Cowher 14 seasons to win a Super Bowl. Look how many prospects and lack of patience Reid and Cowher had over the years, but yah they're great head coaches right.

Yes, I agree though he is no god. If he were a god, I'm pretty sure he could've gotten the refs to call holding on Bosa during the Super Bowl. He would've persuaded the refs to not call such a nitpicking offensive PI on Kittle right before the half. So yah I agree, Shanahan is no god.

Yup that's what you want, QB1 talent, but we hope he is not needed, cuz we have BP. If he gets into games tho, I wouldn't be concerned in the least, he would do well for us. That's the ideal situation. Sam would be among the best, if not the best, QB2 in the game.

When you invest 3 ones and it's coming out like a bigger armed Shaun Hill, yeah. Even go back to that Latu TD, total knuckleball, a lil surprised he caught it with his issues tbh. Fred came out and was talking about the arm talent, in that recent presser. Sam does some stuff most QBs can't is what Warner said, something along those lines, with his arm talent, it's next level.
