I miss the old days when you could just turn on the TV and the games would be there.
Not sure i understand what you mean by all the games were there in the old days. The old days i remember only showed 4 games on Sunday (FOX & CBS) and the Monday Night game. If you were a fan of a team out of market chances are you wouldnt get to watch it.

What?? Did you actually watch football in the 80s/90s? I did. Guess what your options were? Check the newspaper Sunday morning to see what games would be shown on your local networks. You had LITERALLY zero options, NONE, to see out of market games.

Has anyone tried buying the NFL Game Pass using a VPN?
I live in Greece and the Game Pass is 190 euros. It includes watching the games on demand after the live feed ends which means I can go to sleep on Sunday night before the Niner game starts (usually 11pm here) and wake up early and watch the recorded game.

I did that when I lived in Malaysia, and it did work.
TBF, that was in 2012 I believe.

Minus the prime time games, $30 a game is worth the fun and excitement 49er games bring me. They won't be good forever so enjoying it now.
would spend far more than $30 on food and drinks at the bar.

A buddy of mine has been doing it for years and it works well. Interface was pretty good

It's too much money. All I wanted was a single team option for 49er games. Half the games are on TV already.
I was going to try DAZN and a VPN. Luckily,my daughter is starting college and I'm going to get the student price.

I don't mind spending the money but NOT if the 8 game split screen w/ QUICK access to the game of your choice is not available. And, so far, it is not. Maybe by next year they;ll have it all ironed out???
In the mean time here's what is being broadcast for "free" in the bay area:
Sunday
49ers at 10 on channel 2
Titans at Saints at 10 on channel 5.
Rams at Seahawks 1:25 on channel 2
Raiders at Broncos 1:25 on channel 5
Giants at Cowpies 5:30 on channel 11
Not to mention...
Thurs Night kick off w/ Lions at Chiefs on NBC (TNF on Prime rest of season)
Monday night football on channel 7 and ESPN with Buffalo at Aaron Rodgers and the Jets.
I think I can live without the new inferior Sunday ticket at least for a week.
