If he was that guy they would have traded that guy they had under contract a year ago after he just won his 2nd MVP in a row.

we have seen this script before, Rodgers sat for 3 years, so did Love. Favre to NYJ same with Rodgers.
Can GB go back to back to back, 45 years of QB dominance, that is the question. Love looked good last year vs PHI.

He did look good Vs the Eagles in the 4th quarter down two scores. Some of his throws were really good. Some were gimmes by a defense trying to not get beat just to have Watson run past them.

No the Packers are in rebuild mode. The Vikings are the team to beat, and the Lions are the team on the rise. Both will likely make the playoffs. That leaves the Packers fighting for third with the Bears.

Believe me bud. We too were blessed with back to back HOF quarterbacks at one point. It gets real messy once you lose that, so prepare for some awful years….

Your probably right that we're going to be bad.
I think we'll win the West convincingly.

The Packers will not be as bad as some people think.

They have a good Defense - a good OLine and 2 good 2nd year WR's, especially Watson.

Good RB too. And Love will be much better than many think.

The thing is the other teams in the division have gotten much better - especially the Lions. I don't think the Pack makes the playoffs this year,

If the Bears can get Justin Fields some descent protection, they'll be in the hunt for sure.

IMO, the Vikings are a question mark. Cousins is a very good QB and IMO we'd have beaten the Chiefs in the SB if he threw that last pass.

You 49er fans think we will make the playoffs without Rodgers this next season? How bout the Niners? You guys think you will win the West?

A couple of things regarding the Packers:

Love appeared to be competent in the game he played in in the 2022 season while Aaron Rodgers was briefly out.

I think the team around Rodgers was getting better, so Love should have a good supporting cast.

Just given the way the NFL is these days I would not rule out the Packers winning the NFC North or getting in as a Wildcard team.

As for the 49ers, the stiffest competition for the division title will be from the Seahawks.

As usual it will come down to health, but health permitting the 49ers will win the NFC West.

If we have really good luck health wise, then the sky is the limit for the 49ers.
