What they did against the Seahawks or other teams has nothing to do with how they play us. Football is about matchups.1&9 in the last 10 and they won the one that mattered the most.

You sure you're a 49ers fan?

Sorry, but you're sounding like a child right now. We can praise other teams and players without it impacting our 49er fandom. Stop being a whiner, man.

I'm sorry but everytime I see you on here talk about the 49ers, it's pure doubt, but you have nothing but amazing things to say about the Rams.

I think the Rams are a pretty good team. I also don't need to worship their QB as an MVP candidate (who hasn't been one all year) or give them props for going 1-a lot against us the last 5 years. I also believe that if we can't beat them, then we don't have a prayer against whoever comes out of the AFC, anyway, so being scared of them because a completely different rendition of them won a playoff game two years ago is weird.

I barely talk about the Rams, but they happened to be playing tonight and they've looked like the 2nd best team in the NFC these last 4 weeks or so. I don't doubt we can beat them, but out of all of the teams in the NFC they seem like the toughest competition for us. They're not as flawed as the Eagles, they're not as mentally weak or as soft as the Cowboys and Stafford is a lot more trustworthy than Goff.
You were really that impressed with the Rams eeking out a win vs the Seahawks and beating the Browns,Cardinals and Commanders?

Winning is winning. 5-1 in their last 6. They put 34 points on that Browns defense and took the Ravens to OT in their only loss. It seems like a more impressive stretch than anyone other than us during that time.

I guess it doesn't take as much to impress you, unless we're talking about Purdy.

If it's about how the play us shouldn't you be emphasizing the game earlier this year as opposed to a game 2 yrs ago with dramatically different rosters?

49ers have won 9 out of the last 10 vs the Rams why exactly would they be confident?

They won the one that actually mattered.

Yes sir... correct

Didnt I bring up how they played us earlier this year in my earlier post? The game where Stafford wasnt playing as good in the season compared to how hes playing today, and where they didnt have Kupp and a rookie WR killed us?

No ones scared, but you guys are acting like the Rams are a pushover just cause we own them in the regular season lol so simple minded.

simple minded is believing whatever you are seeing from them and thinking it's something

There is a reason why we beat them all the time and it's not all lucky wins

Funny, isnt that what youre doing? Essentially seeing that were 1 and 9 against them in our last 10 and believing because of that its an easy W?

am i the one in fear, no. It's not something.

If the saints were competent, the Rams should have lost today. but you think it's something

1 and 9 vs the Rams ?

Matchups, how other teams play against the Rams have nothing to do with how the Rams play us. "Any given Sunday"

what did you mean us being 1 and 9 vs the rams.. were not 1-9 in anything vs them ..unless you are a rams fan

and like you said "matchup", Matchup is the very reason why there is nothing to fear.
Lambs are trash. Beating the aints is no big accomplishment (Carr needs to be Garopollo'ed and team rebuilt from the ground up). Fact that they even let the Aints back into the game shows their defense is trash.

Only win they had is because we had gimpy Jimmy G with two injuries and Tartt (who is no longer in the NFL) drop a INT.

Actually they matchup pretty well against our defense. Stafford is elite, and now he has two really good WRs and a TE that can give us fits. If you gave me a list of teams to avoid in the playoffs, I'd put LA second right behind Dallas.
