that begs an interesting question, what if someone is majorly injured with 12 secs left and a running clock, and you have no timeouts
you just lose?
are players supposed to carry the injured guy off?

The defense can elect to take a 10-second runoff for the offense getting an excess time-out due to injury.

If we want a shot at the rams being in the playoffs before we play them (and play us a little softer maybe not playing some of their starters), these scenarios must happen in week 17 :
packers, falcons, saints, seahawks all lose
It assure the rams finishing second in the division and having a better record than the south second and the north third
They would be the #6 or #7 seed for sure
ANYTHING TO GET THAT #1 SEED !!!

f**k the NFC bring on any team. A Rams loss in week 18 knocks them out of the playoffs. I don't see Seattle losing to Pittsburgh and Arizona.
