**2023 NFL GAME DAY THREAD**

Seems the refs blew the call on Dallas the series before. The state of officiating in the NFL sadly.

The ref announced that #70 was eligible. We heard the announcement over the PA prior to the play. But yet Goff still threw it to #68. Now the ref screwed up by thinking it was #70 that the Lions wanted eligible but if the ref made the right call, #68 would not have been wide open. The Cowboys left him uncovered because he was not eligible.

It was still smart of Goff to throw to #68 if there was nothing else because atleast they got another down. The error was Campbell sticking with the plan to go for two. I think it was dumb to go for two from the beginning. The football gods gave him another chance to re-think that bad decision.

Stop winning. Bonehead Campbell went 3 times for a 2 point conversion. Missed all of them. 3 extra points would have been 3 points left on the field.
