What if the Bills lose? Do the Steelers own tie breaker vs any of those other possible 10-7 teams?

I don't believe so, but I'm not certain. I know that if Bills lose, and Steelers and Colts win, the Bills will miss the the playoffs.

Steelers lost head to head against Texans and Colts.

Pittsburgh clinches playoff berth with:

  • PIT win + BUF loss OR
  • PIT win + JAX loss or tie OR
  • PIT win + HOU-IND tie OR
  • PIT tie + JAX loss + HOU-IND doesn't end in tie OR
  • JAX loss + DEN win + HOU-IND doesn't end in tie

Right but the question is whether they can get anything beyond the final playoff spot: the 7th seed. Don't believe they can.

Oh look Harbaugh is down 8 points in the 4th quarter. Uh oh, they might lose.
Should there be an obligation for a team to play all it's healthy starters if it has playoff implications? Not seeding implications. Because let's be honest, The Ravens practically handed the Steelers this game and a playoff spot before it even happened. How is that any different than throwing games? Now I guess the Steelers could still miss the playoffs if the Bills win which I actually think will happen. And I hope so because the Steelers are a boring team to watch.

No. What they did is rest key players because it's in their best interest. They def could have still won the game as well.

Keep in mind this game doesn't actually fit your description. They didn't hand the Steelers a playoff appearance as other things need to happen completely outside of both teams' control.
Alright let's go Demeco
So now the only way the Bills can make the playoffs is if they win or Jags lose.
Steelers believe Watt has a grade 3 MCL sprain. You can't play on that can you? I think a QB might be able to but an Edge rusher?

Isn't a grade 3 MCL sprain a complete tear? Even lesser he's likely out for the rest of their year, which will probably be one more week if they're lucky.

As long as you never need to move laterally.
CJ Stroud about to make Panthers fans even more sick.

The Steelers have no buisness even being in the hunt the fact that they are is a testament to just how lucky they've been all season.
Troy made some good points, but the Texans squad that DeMeco took over was similar [in talent to the team Kyle inherited.
That's why -- and IDG2F what anyone says/thinks -- DeMeco should be the COTY, especially if they win tonight

EDIT:
I should have added that the "IDG2F" refers to the voters
