The problem with coaches like Dan Campbell is they're really great for motivation and all that but don't really bring an expertise and rely heavily on coordinators and their system.
he reminds me of Singletary and these type of defensive minded head coaches are awful for offense. The only time their offense plays well is when they have nothing to lose. Never do well when it matters most.
