Yeah, kinda strange that he isn't playing.. a d lineman to just specialize in rushing the passer doesn't need much practice - especially since he's in playing shape. A bummer and maybe the team doesn't want to mess with the game plan?

This hasn't been brought up yet, but I wonder if this sudden trade is a big FU from Sean Payton to Jerry Jones. Yes, I know that Gregory isn't supposed to play on Sunday. But what if he does?

Wasn't Payton a rumored coach for the Cowboys? That was a story, was it not? After he moved on from the Saints? Perhaps this trade is a message to Jerry Jones?

Doesn't make sense. Why add him to the active roster now, which means Hyder had to be cut loose, just before the Cowboys game? Why not add him to the active roster next week, if he really isn't supposed to play this Sunday?
