I think Beal will do fine. We are talking about the 4th or 5th edge rusher at this point. Perfect spot for a hungry rookie. Plus we need a few options in 1 or 2 years that we are comfortable starting.

I hope Beal turns out to be real good. Maybe Drake can surprise us all too. My biggest concern is quality depth.

Beal is going to contribute this year imo. He's much more explosive than Drake and will get on the field because he can play both the run and pass.

And I don't agree there's no DE's in the mid rounds that can challenge Floyd.

Mohamed Kamara and Brennan Jackson are two guys that have serious potential and will go on day 3.

If those guys can bypass the guys behind Floyd (Gross, Beal, Drake, etc), then they might barely be able to sniff (not even hold, just sniff) Floyd's jock strap after a heavy practice
I know he wasn't a huge production guy, but I wouldn't mind Gregory back on a cheap 1yr deal.

Honestly overall he looked better to me than chase young

Neither guy did much. I'd prefer a young draftee in that role not another aging vet who wasn't productive to begin with.

despite DL being the focus in FA, it still seems a little thin... wouldn't mind bringing him back either

Adding Gregory (on a discount) plus draft pick would solidify edge for sure, competition in camp could get real intense

Same. I guess you can never have too many ER's.
This waste of space is Tampa Bay's problem child now.
