I hope they run it back for 2024. Please, please, run it back.

I can't say Sirianni is bad necessarily, I put it on losing your OC and DC and I think 7 starters also. The coordinator moves were probably pretty late in the cycle, as they were still playing until into February, so it puts em behind the eight ball a bit. They still had a good year last year, and a good start this year, then seemingly ran out of gas. I'd get new coordinators, and perhaps a true slot WR. Also new corner needed.

Their "good" this year was lucky horseshoe type BS

They won every single close nail biter game they had and had a series of insane luck to get them all done

I still view PHI as reload rather than rebuild

They're helped out by a division with a talented but underachieving Cowboys team that's about to hit some cap problems, and Giants and Commanders teams that are in various forms of disarray.

i think Kelce is a big hole to fill. I remember watching Kelce waive off a Hurts audible to keep the original play lol

Their window is closed

Look at the age of their key players over 30 and expect retirement or father time eroding their skills
C Jason Kelce (36 - retired)
DE Brandon Graham (35)
DB Darius Slay (34 and injured)
DT Fletcher Cox (33)
OT Lane Johnson (33)
DB Bradley Roby (31)
DB Keith Byard (30)

And they have no cap room to replace to replace lost talent bc Hurts is getting paid for last year's SB run

The team collapsed because they hired the wrong OC and DC. These will be important hires this off-season. Going through 3 different OC is 3 seasons is not going to help Hurts.

I think they already filled it. They have been drafting centers, and playing em at guard. Probably slide one over.
